The project transforms a ground-floor space in central Milan into a smash burger restaurant organised around two main dining areas and a service zone. The principal architectural intervention repositions the existing glazed façade, setting it back from the building line and aligning the entrance with the interior layout. This new axis establishes a direct visual connection between the street and the counter at the rear of the space.

The interior is defined by a restrained material palette that reflects the brand’s identity. Concrete and stainless steel shape an urban, understated environment, while built-in furnishings emerge directly from the architecture. Tables, benches, niches and the service counter are conceived as monolithic concrete elements that extend seamlessly from the floor.

The construction remains exposed, allowing the structural logic of the space to define its rhythm and geometry. Stainless steel is inserted into the joints between the concrete blocks, forming worktops, shelving, seating and table surfaces.

Overhead, translucent polycarbonate curtains conceal lighting and building services while guiding visitors towards the open kitchen. Fully clad in stainless steel and enclosed by a suspended polycarbonate ceiling, the kitchen becomes the focal point of the interior, reinforcing the project's simple and material-driven architectural language.
